A Blast in Taft!
Taft set their fireworks off July 3rd. The town almost did not have a show but, through donations from the public and very generous local companies it was pulled off. Great show!
This old oak is past it's prime and it's lifeless limbs reach out and are giving up as time goes by.
Old Feed Barn
I believe this is an old feed barn from an old homestead on Tejon Ranch.
Here is an example of my little alien flowers in bloom and back lit.
Love these very strange little flowers. When they are back lit they remind me of little aliens.

An avid photographer and 20 yr. resident of Frazier Park. Gore's work has been shown at The Bakersfield Museum of Art, The Younger Gallery, The Foundry, The Micro Gallery, The Work of Heart Gallery, Arts For Earth Gallery, Duh-Fineart Gallery, all within Kern County. Her art work has been collected internationally. Most recently three images will be featured at The Coos Bay Art Museum Show Thunder.
In addition two of Gore's Images have been selected as a National finalists for the Imagination competition sponsored by Canon camera's and Ron Howard. "Mountain Morning Snow and Fog" is one of 10 finalists in the Time theme and "Dousing The Flame" is one of 10 finalists in the Goal theme.
Now being represented by Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale Arizona.
Gore now resides in Taft, Ca. and is in the process of exploring that part of the county.
