Carnival-Butternut Squash Soup with Carr's Crackers and Shallot Garnish

This is another leftover creation. I combined leftover butternut squash soup with Carnival Squash, Sharp TIllamook Cheddar Cheese cubes, Tilapia Fillets for stock, chili paste, orange juice, fresh finely chopped garlic, and dry sherry. Very easy...just throw stuff in you like to increase volume, adjust taste and/or texture.
