Pyrus calleryana 'Bradford' Flowering Pear
Of the 6 or 7 cultivars of Pyrus calleryana the Bradford is the most likely to thrive in our area. It is somewhat resistant to Fire Blight which will infect and gradually kill most Pear trees.

commented 6 months agoThank You Wayne, if yours turns a beautiful red in the fall it is as pictured Pyrus calleryana, if in the fall the leaves turn a little yellow and it defoliates or partially defoliates it is a Pyrus kawakami, commonly referred to as Evergreen Flowering Pear.
