River Remedy 3
This unusual pattern was caused by my malfunctioning D90 shutter, but the effect seemed to be pleasing in highlighting the fall colors, almost like a beam of light onto the leaves from a different direction than anticipated.

commented 6 months agoRichard, sure enough about that! We had one car go over 350,000 mi, too. Thanks, Richard...BTW the Nikon Repair Center is no longer in El Segundo...they moved to Wilshire Blvd near La Cienega....

commented 6 months agoWow you got your moneys worth out of that camera Wayne. Might be time for a new one, Or the shutter replacement. Kinda like putting a new engin in a car.

commented 6 months agoInteresting effect~Not sure how many clicks you have on the D-90 but if the numbers are high you can send it to Nikon and get the shutter replaced~It's not as expencive as you would think~
