Evidence of a Drought
Lake Isabella had an eerie look on the afternoon of November 6th. I had never seen it so low, so calm, and so deviod of boats and fishermen. At the same time, it had an eerie beauty that was magical. The lake refelcted an intense blue from the sky and the reflections were stunning and clear. Abbe and I could not leave this location even though we had planned to be somewhere else. It drew us in and changed our plans.

commented 6 months agoI know, isn't it crazy? There's no more Stine Cove, Hanning Flat, Kissack Bay, Robinson Cove and just barely a little Camp 9 left.
