Grilled Chicken Breast Wraps
I resurrected an old waffle maker to act like a pannini grill to prepare these very tasty wraps; the yellow peppers were nicely seared and the leftover celery sticks complemented the Cholula hot sauce.for a colorful presentation. The chciken breast was cut in thin slices while partially frozen with a Chinese cleaver and marinated with Montreal Chicken grill mix and olive oil.
